• Learning activity — course progress, practice scores, streaks and worksheet history, so we can show your progress and leaderboard standing.
• Enquiry details — name, email, phone and message when you contact us through an enquiry form.
• Technical data — basic device and browser information collected automatically to keep the Service secure and working correctly.

2. Children's use of the Service

AbacusCoach is designed to be used by children, typically with a parent, guardian or teacher setting up and supervising the account. We collect only what is needed to run the course and track learning progress, and we do not knowingly sell children's personal information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information beyond what is needed, contact us and we will act promptly to remove it.

3. How we use your information

• To operate the course, practice tools, worksheets and leaderboard.
• To respond to enquiries and support requests.
• To maintain the security and integrity of accounts and the Service.
• To improve the product based on aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the Service, including a database/authentication provider (Supabase) to store account data securely and an email delivery provider (Resend) to send enquiry replies. These providers process data only on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Data retention & your choices

We retain account and progress data for as long as your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us — we will action deletion requests except where we're required to retain information by law.
