These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AbacusCoach website, course, practice tools, worksheets and teacher marketplace (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Level 0 and core practice tools are free to use. Some course levels, features or marketplace listings may require an account, a paid plan, or teacher verification. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure.
Where the Service is used by a child, a parent, guardian or teacher is expected to set up and supervise the account and to agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy on the child's behalf.
Teacher training, certification and marketplace features let verified teachers list their services. Certification reflects completion of our training requirements and does not constitute a government or third-party accreditation unless explicitly stated. We may review, suspend or remove marketplace listings that don't meet our guidelines.
All course content, worksheets, software and branding on the Service are owned by AbacusCoach or its licensors. You're granted a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning or teaching, not for commercial redistribution.
The Service is provided "as is". While we work to keep it accurate and available, we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or specific learning outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AbacusCoach is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
